I Should Really Back up my Templates

One of the reasons why whenever my server goes down my website looks like crap, is because I forget to save the MoveableType templates. It usually takes me a day to get the server computer back up (Install the OS) , the webserver up, and any and all extras and configurations needed to get it running. By the end of that day I’m usually fed up or tired that I leave the rest - changing the MoveableType templates - for another day. So months go by w/o having changed anything, and the minute I do, the server comes down again. Seriously. Are the Gods forsaking me?
