Mango from El Salvador

I caught up with my sister today. She was on a layover between El Salvador and Toronto here in Miami for a good 4 hours or more. So, I stopped by the airport to have some lunch with her. She had some good stuff with her: green mangos from El Salvador. Now, mind you, there’s a little background info I have to clarify for you. Back in my school days in El Salvador, right after school was over, there were mango vendor’s selling mango with lime, salt, and other things. I guess candy bars are just too expensive down in Latin America. These mangos spoiled me so that I can’t eat the sweet mangos here - I expect my mangos to be sour. I’m looking forward to having some as a snack and see how they are.
