On Macs…

I decided to be brave and try out the only Mac in the Undergraduate lab of the CS department at FIU. Thats right, we have only one mac, and the only development you can do on it is Java. Or at least that’s what I can tell. Right next to the single mac stand 4 linux machines. Though I forget what distribution they are running. I think they have it there more as a novelty then anything else, while the windows computers are packed with the newest of everything, the mac and linux machines are somewhat behind the pace - the sole G4 is running OSX 10.2.
