Geek Style

Last week I went to get my eyes checked. I really needed a new pair of glasses. So I headed to For Eyes with my prescription and spent a good hour or so looking at all the different styles they had. I was particularly looking for the plastic geeky ones, but I couldn’t find any that I really liked and looked good on me. There was one pair, but I wasn’t sold. So I kept looking. Finally there was this pair that just stood out, a little geeky, a little sophisticated. It was perfect.

They came in today.

The transition lenses didn’t impress me. They don’t work well in the car. The plastic lenses are also messing with me. My previous glasses were actually made of glass so I had good vision throughout. These new ones blur! Oh, how annoying it is! I’m going to have to get used to it though.
