My Poor Back!
I’m not sure what is it about shoe boxes, but considering that the Barenaked Ladies had a song about shoe boxes, there’s something to them. Today I’ve been trying to clean out my room in my parents house. When I moved in with Kate to her Mom’s place, I left my old room in disarray. Actually, it was more like a disaster area, I’m surprised Mike was able to enter and come out with some treasures (my Doom books among others). Like BnL though, I too had a couple of shoe boxes lying around of personal memories and silly little things. I suppose it’s because I’m either Canadian, or just special, but I find that shoe boxes are perfect places to store these things. My reasoning for using shoe boxes? Well, they are small and hideable, and not many would suspect anything inside of a shoe box.
As for my back, in the process of consolidating the many shoe boxes i’ve collected over the years, and packing many other things, it seems i over worked my back just a little. It really hurts.

I'm American and find shoeboxes to be perfect for storing thing. I have one with a box of painful memories, another chock full of old demo discs.
Come to think of it, out of all my shoeboxes, I don't think any actually contain shoes.
