Hell to Freeze Over

It looks like it actually happened - Apple switches to Intel. Personally, I never thought this would ever see the light of day. I’m not sure if this is actually a good move for Apple, but by the end of 2007 all Apple Mac’s will be sporting Intel Inside.

And if you thought like I did that this would finally be the chance to run Mac OS X on your PC - fat chance. It looks like while Macs will be using x86 processors and will be able to run windows - there might be some extra hardarware limiting the OS to Mac built x86 machines. Now that just seems like a poor move.
