Let the revolution begin

I am seriously impress by the amount of coverage that Nintendo’s Revolution controller is getting. All the hardware review sites I frequent had blurbs on the new controller - the [H]ardOCP, The Tech Report and Slashdot had news blurbs on the event - and Wired had full article on it! Everyone seems to be either amazed or disenchanted already by Nintendo’s choice. Personally, I’m in shock - still unsure of wether to be amazed or hopeless. Although I’m not that surprised about the motion sensing aspect - the strongest rumors on the net pushed towards a motion sensing capabilities. It’s definately a bold move and I see the “hard-core” gaming community lashing back strongly against this move because they are too cool and can only use the now standard dual analogue gamepad. While I am concerned at how the controller will be like playing games, I do know that Nintendo already has a good line up of release games that will take advantage of the controller’s uniqueness.
